Eric Glass

Owner

Eric joined Padgett Sinking Spring in 2023 as an Accounting and Tax professional and officially joined the Franchise in January 2025.

Graduating from Temple University, in Philadelphia, Eric started his career in public accounting and most recently worked as an Accounting Consultant supporting a Fortune 500 company. Eric brings a wide array of experiences that will be useful in navigating the challenges his clients face within their small businesses.

In his free time, Eric enjoys relaxing with his wife, daughter and their four pets, learning how to cook a new recipe and supporting all the Philadelphia sports franchises.

Forrest Glass Jr.

Consultant, Enrolled Agent

Sinking Spring location owner Forrest Glass earned an accounting degree from Shippensburg University. He began his career in public accounting before starting the business in 1990, with his wife Eileen.

Forrest is an enrolled agent which allows him to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. His passion is helping small businesses grow their business. Forrest keeps current with the tax laws by attending seminars and webinars throughout the year.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spoiling his grandchildren.

Eileen Glass

Consultant

Eileen is a lifetime resident of Berks County and a graduate of Shippensburg University. As an accounting professional, Eileen has helped small business owners achieve their goals for over three decades.

She does a variety of tax education, which helps her tax plan and advise small businesses.

Eileen has three grown children which she enjoys visiting and babysitting her grandchildren.

Brandon Shillady

Senior Accountant, CPA, Enrolled Agent

Brandon, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Padgett Sinking Spring in 2022 as an Accounting and Tax professional.

Graduating from Temple University, in Philadelphia, with a bachelors and a masters degree in accounting, Brandon has worked as both a Staff Accountant and Tax Preparer at regional and local accounting firms. As a Quickbooks Online and Xero certified advisor, Brandon’s prior experience and continuing education provides him a strong foundation to handle a variety of accounting and tax situations.

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with family and friends, surviving escape rooms, and playing video games.

Donna Gardecki

Accounting Assistant

Donna joined Padgett Sinking Spring in 1999 as a payroll specialist, later moving on as an accounting assistant. She is likely to be the first person to greet you when visiting or talk to when calling the office. She meets our clients' accounting, tax, and payroll needs by working closely with them.

Donna enjoys spending time at her family cabin with her husband and youngest son, and his wife. She also enjoys visiting her oldest son, who lives out of Pennsylvania.
